These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.freshlooksdecorating.com and any services offered by Fresh Looks Decorating, a division of Stirling Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Fresh Looks Decorating provides home and commercial decorating, seasonal styling, and home refresh services. Scope, timing, and pricing will be clearly communicated before any work begins. Any additional time, materials, or special sourcing requests may incur additional fees.

2. Payment and Deposits

Payment for services is due as outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Deposits are required to secure booking dates and are non-refundable once scheduling and planning have begun. We currently accept payments via PayPal and Venmo, with the possible addition of Stripe for credit card processing in the future.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you need to reschedule, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate you.

4. Use of Client Property

When working in your home or business, we take the utmost care to handle your property respectfully. However, we cannot be responsible for damage to fragile or pre-existing items. Clients are encouraged to remove valuables or irreplaceable items prior to service.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photos, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Stirling Group LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute content without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By using our website or submitting information, you consent to our data practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stirling Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, recommendations, or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
