I offer home, porch, holiday, and community decorating services. That includes everyday décor refreshes, seasonal styling, and holiday glow-ups for homes, apartments, and senior living facilities. I can work entirely with your existing décor or help you source new pieces that fit your style and budget.
Most clients choose to use their own décor, and I specialize in creating a fresh, beautiful look using what you already have. However, if you’d like me to help shop for new pieces, I’m happy to — shopping time is billed at my regular hourly rate.
Decorating sessions are billed at $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum ($300). Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments. Larger community projects or multiple-space installations are quoted individually after a free consultation.
Yes! I can handle setup, styling, and optional takedown after the season ends. Takedown and pack-up services are billed at a discounted rate of $75/hour and can be scheduled at your convenience. Client must provide all packing materials.
Yes! I provide decorating services for lobbies, clubhouses, leasing offices, and shared community spaces. I can also help style for special events or provide seasonal décor refreshes year-round.
Please have your décor items easily accessible and any furniture or surfaces cleared. Have a stable ladder available (no taller than 10 feet) if we are decorating trees taller than 8 ft tall. Have supplies on hand for hanging and securing items. I’ll bring basic tools, ornament hooks, and extra wire if needed and will use per your approval.
I focus on indoor and porch decorating. I don’t install electrical lighting outdoors, but I can style covered porches, entryways, and other sheltered areas with greenery, lanterns, and seasonal décor. A secure ladder must provided if needed.
Yes — I carry active general liability insurance that covers accidental damage caused during decorating. You’re fully protected while I’m on-site. I send you a two-page agreement ahead of time to sign that secures your appointment and outlines the service details, safety guidelines, and payment terms so everything’s clear for both of us.
Holiday decorating dates fill up fast — ideally, book 3–4 weeks in advance. We can start as early in the season as you want. For general home, party, or porch styling, a two-week notice is usually plenty.
